How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add your desired items to the cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete your payment securely.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No. You may place an order as a guest. Creating an account is optional and can help you track your orders more easily.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Products ordered, quantities, and other order details cannot be modified once an order has been placed.
However, customers may request changes to their shipping address or contact number before the order has been dispatched. While we will make every effort to accommodate such requests, changes cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.
Please contact our customer support team immediately if you need to update your shipping details.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to select international destinations.
How long will international delivery take?
International orders are generally delivered within 7–21 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance procedures and local courier services.
Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
How are the products packed?
Every OrgaNiikhar order is packed with care to ensure products reach you safely and in excellent condition. Fragile items receive additional protective packaging wherever required.
What if my package arrives damaged?
If you receive a damaged package or product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

What if I receive the wrong product?
If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and an unboxing video. Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate resolution.
Can I return a product?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products cannot be returned unless they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Do you accept returns for international orders?
Due to international shipping and customs regulations, we do not accept returns for international orders unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How do I request a refund?
For eligible refund requests, please contact our customer support team with your Order ID and supporting photographs or videos. Once approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
What if my order is delayed?
While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, public holidays, customs procedures, high order volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
What if my order cannot be delivered?
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery, or non-payment of customs duties (for international orders), additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
