Returns & Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only under the following circumstances:

You received an incorrect product.
The product was damaged during transit.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photographs of the product
Photographs of the outer packaging
Unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

If approved, a replacement or refund will be initiated.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Situations

Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind after purchase.
Incorrect address, phone number, or shipping information provided by the customer.
Delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
